TracyCo is an independent insurance agency, third party administrator, and financial advisor specializing in employee benefits solutions.

We strive to be experts in our work. We value long-term relationships with our clients, our employees, and our partners.

The people that work here at TracyCo are the most important asset that we have.  Most of us have been here for over 20 years.

We encourage everyone here to be an expert in their field and many have sought education and professional designations such as CFP® certificant, CEBS, QKA, CLU, etc.

Our employees take pride in providing help and support to all of our clients and to our clients’ employees.

We support our local community in a variety of ways.

We are directly involved in supporting:

• Hempfield Township Community Days

• Greensburg Salem Girls Soccer

• Old Joe Club Charities

Many of our employees volunteer and fundraise for the charities and causes of their choice and we support them in those endeavors.

The business was founded in 1978 by Clifford B. Tracy as a life insurance agency. Gary Helman joined Mr. Tracy in 1985 and the company became C.B. Tracy & Associates, Inc.

Gary facilitated the transition of the company from an agency focused on life insurance to a focus on employee benefits, third party administration, and providing solutions for business owners. Gary Helman became sole owner of C.B. Tracy & Associate, Inc. in 1997.

Shawn and Tim Helman joined the business in 2001. They had an integral role in making the company a leading provider of employee benefits solutions for employers, upgrading technology and offering solutions for increasingly complex compliance issues created by PPACA.

In 2015, Shawn and Tim became partners and owners of C.B. Tracy & Associates, Inc.

C.B. Tracy & Associates, Inc. became TracyCo in 2016.

TracyCo remains an independent family owned and operated business as we move into 2023.  We are proud of the service that we provided to our clients through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.  And we look forward to serving businesses in the region for many years to come.
